DISTRESSED PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Hands on management of distressed projects including meetings with the construction team, project oversight, and recurring lender reporting. This service is designed to guild a construction project to compliance and eventually completion.

FORECLOSED PROPERTY REPORT:

Field examination of foreclosed property to assess physical condition, necessary repairs, make-ready estimates, resale value, and the most likely means of disposition. Report typically returned in 5-7 working days.
