ABOUT US
The right way, every time . . . in pursuit of ZERO loss
Our story begins three decades ago, after Mike O’Kelley (Founder and President) recognized a need for construction loan risk mitigation following the savings and loans crises of the 1980s. Mike’s 20-plus years working for national contractors provided the insight necessary to identify construction-related risk and become a strategic partner for lenders across the southwest. Today OAK Banks Services is a premier construction consulting company partnering with major lenders to provide end-to-end construction loan risk mitigation. Our goal is to get you to completion with ZERO loss.
