Draw Inspections

Single and recurring field inspections to validate work completed and stored material for residential and commercial projects. Digital inspection reports include notated draw forms, loan documents, and photos (24 hr to 48 hr turnaround time).

Draw Management

Full-scale draw management including builder and borrower correspondence, draw scheduling, field inspections, lien waivers, and reporting. We manage the entire draw process so your team can focus on growing your loan portfolio.

Pre-Close Review

Full suite of pre-close risk mitigation services such as builder acceptance examination, permit/zoning validation, plan review, and cost analysis. Powerful services that can be bundled to improve loan underwriting efficacy and project controls.

Funds Control

For large residential and commercial projects, we offer funds control as an additional component of our draw management service. We accept full liability for over-disbursement and tailor funding protocols to meet your project requirements.

What Problem Do We Solve?

There is an exceptional amount of risk associated with originating and servicing construction loans. Risks that are often outside of the normal scope of underwriting and have very little to do with the creditworthiness of a borrower. Opportunities for loss include surprise liens, ordinance or zoning violations, inexperienced or dishonest contractors, and many other issues that frequently hinder the construction process.
